1. Acceptance and Legal Binding

Browsing the website, creating a user account, or completing a purchase constitutes explicit and unconditional agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions, in addition to our approved Privacy Policy and Return Policy.

أولاً: القبول والإلزام القانوني

يمثل تصفح الموقع الإلكتروني، أو إنشاء حساب مستخدم، أو إتمام أمر شراء موافقة صريحة وغير مشروطة على الالتزام بهذه الشروط والأحكام، بالإضافة إلى سياسة الخصوصية وسياسة الاسترجاع المعتمدة لدينا.

2. Accounts and Personal Data

• The customer is obligated to provide accurate, correct, and updated information when registering an account or completing a purchase.
• The customer is fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account details and password, and for all activities that occur under their account.
• The site reserves the right to cancel orders or suspend accounts if fraudulent activities or the provision of incorrect information are suspected.

ثانياً: الحسابات والبيانات الشخصية

• يلتزم العميل بتوفير معلومات دقيقة وصحيحة ومحدثة عند تسجيل الحساب أو إجراء عملية الشراء.
• العميل مسؤول مسؤولية كاملة عن الحفاظ على سرية بيانات حسابه وكلمة المرور، وعن جميع الأنشطة التي تجري عبر حسابه.
• يحتفظ الموقع بحق إلغاء الطلبات أو تعليق الحسابات في حال الاشتباه في أنشطة احتيالية أو تقديم معلومات غير صحيحة.

3. Pricing and Payment Processing

• All prices displayed on the store are calculated in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and include Value Added Tax (14% VAT) and legally applicable taxes.
• All electronic payments are securely processed through the licensed payment gateway Paymob.
• The company makes every effort to display the specifications and colors of ErgoChair products with the highest degree of accuracy, taking into account the possibility of slight color variations due to different user screen settings.
• The company reserves the right to adjust prices or correct typographical errors in pricing, while notifying the customer and fully refunding amounts paid if they do not wish to proceed with the order at the adjusted price.

ثالثاً: الأسعار ومعالجة المدفوعات

• جميع الأسعار المعروضة على المتجر محسوبة بالجنيه المصري (EGP) وتشتمل على ضريبة القيمة المضافة (14% VAT) والضرائب المستحقة قانوناً.
• تُعالج ��لمدفوعات الإلكترونية كافة بأمان تام عبر بوابة الدفع المرخصة Paymob.
• تبذل الشركة أقصى جهدها لعرض مواصفات وألوان منتجات ErgoChair بأعلى درجة من الدقة، مع الأخذ بالاعتبار إمكانية حدوث تباين طفيف في الألوان جراء إعدادات الشاشات المختلفة.
• يحق للشركة تعديل الأسعار أو تصحيح الأخطاء المطبعية، مع إخطار العميل وإعادة المبالغ المدفوعة في حال عدم رغبته في إتمام الطلب بالسعر المعدل.
