Shipping, Delivery & Assembly Policy
This policy defines the controls and operational timelines for shipping, delivering, and assembling Wood Project furniture within the Arab Republic of Egypt.
سياسة الشحن والتسليم والتركيب
تحدد هذه السياسة الضوابط والمواعيد التنفيذية الخاصة بشحن وتوصيل وتركيب أثاث Wood Project داخل جمهورية ��صر العربية.
1. Shipping Areas and Costs
- We provide field delivery services to all governorates and centers within the Arab Republic of Egypt.
- The final shipping cost is automatically calculated based on the customer's geographic location and the size/weight of the ordered products, and the value is clearly displayed on the order checkout page prior to electronic payment.
أولاً: مناطق وتكلفة الشحن
- نوفر خدمة التوصيل الميداني لكافة المحافظات والمراكز داخل جمهورية مصر العربية.
- تُحسب التكلفة النهائية للشحن تلقائياً بناءً على الموقع الجغرافي للعميل وحجم ووزن المنتجات المطلوبة، وتظهر القيمة بوضوح في صفحة سداد الطلب قبل الدفع الإلكتروني.
2. Delivery Timelines
- Greater Cairo and Giza: Delivery takes place within a period ranging from 2 to 4 business days.
- Delta, Canal Governorates, and Alexandria: Delivery takes place within a period ranging from 3 to 5 business days.
- Upper Egypt and Remote Areas: Delivery takes place within a period ranging from 5 to 7 business days.
ثانياً: المواعيد الزمنية للتسليم
- القاهرة الكبرى والجيزة: يتم التسليم خلال مدة تتراوح بين 2 إلى 4 أيام عمل.
- محافظات الدلتا والقناة والاسكندرية: يتم التسليم خلال مدة تتراوح بين 3 إلى 5 أيام عمل.
- محافظات الصعيد والمناطق النائية: يتم التسليم خلال مدة تتراوح بين 5 إلى 7 أيام عمل.
3. Assembly Services and Field Inspection
- For ergonomic chair orders (such as ErgoChair) within Greater Cairo and Giza, we provide assembly and installation services by the certified Wood Project technical team.
- For shipments directed to other governorates, a visual instruction manual and integrated assembly tools are included with the product to facilitate quick self-assembly.
- The customer is obligated to inspect the outer packaging of the product upon receipt in the presence of the delivery representative, sign the receipt form, with the customer's right to reject the delivery immediately in the event of visible damage resulting from shipping.
ثالثاً: خدمات التركيب والمعاينة الميدانية
- بالنسبة لطلبات الكراسي المريحة (مثل ErgoChair) داخل نطاق القاهرة الكبرى والجيزة، نوفر خدمة التجميع والتركيب بواسطة فريق الفنيين المعتمد لشركة Wood Project.
- بالنسبة للشحنات الموجهة للمحافظات الأخرى، يُرفق مع المنتج دليل تعليمات بصرية وأدوات تركيب مدمجة لتسهيل عملية التجميع الذاتي السريعة.
- يلتزم العميل بفحص الغلاف الخارجي للمنتج عند الاستلام بحضور مندوب التوصيل، والتوقيع على نموذج الاستلام، مع حق العميل في رفض الاستلام فوراً في حال وجود أضرار ظاهرة ناتجة عن الشحن.
