Wood Project is committed to protecting the personal data and digital privacy of its customers according to the highest technical standards and in line with the provisions of the Egyptian Personal Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2020 and Paymob's security standards.
سياسة الخصوصية وحماية البيانات الشخصية
تلتزم شركة Wood Project بحماية البيانات الشخصية والخصوصية الرقمية لعملائها وفق أعلى المعايير الفنية وتماشياً مع أحكام قانون حماية البيانات الشخصية المصري رقم 151 لسنة 2020 ومعايير أمان Paymob.
1. Scope of Data Collected
- Identification and Personal Data: Name, shipping and delivery address, phone number, and email address, collected when registering an account or executing purchase orders.
- Technical and Transactional Data: Internet Protocol (IP) address, browser type, browsing interaction logs, and order history.
- Financial Card Data: Wood Project confirms that it never collects, processes, or stores bank card data, CVC/CVV numbers, or PINs on its own servers. The entire financial payment process is encrypted and securely transmitted via Paymob's secure infrastructure, which complies with PCI-DSS standards.
أولاً: نطاق البيانات التي يتم جمعها
- البيانات التعريفية والشخصية: الاسم، عنوان الشحن والتوصيل، رقم الهاتف، والبريد الإلكتروني، وتُجمع عند تسجيل الحساب أو تنفيذ طلبات الشراء.
- البيانات التقنية والمعاملات: عنوان بروتوكول الإنترنت (IP)، نوع المتصفح، وسجلات تفاعل التصفح وسجلات الطلبات.
- بيانات البطاقات المالية: تؤكد شركة Wood Project أنها لا تقوم بتجميع أو معالجة أو تخزين بيانات البطاقات البنكية، أو أرقام CVC/CVV، أو الأرقام السرية على خوادمها الخاص�� نهائياً. تُعالج عملية الدفع المالية بالكامل وتُنقل بشكل مُشفر عبر البنية التحتية المؤمنة لبوابة Paymob.
2. Processing Purposes and Data Disclosure
- Completing and delivering orders, managing logistics, and communicating with the customer regarding shipments.
- Complying with accounting requirements, tax collection, and issuing official invoices.
- Providing technical support, warranty services, and processing returns.
- No Selling or Renting: The company does not sell or rent customers' personal data to any third parties for marketing purposes. Data sharing is strictly limited to authorized service providers for specific operational purposes (shipping companies for order delivery, and Paymob for processing digital payment transactions).
ثانياً: أغراض المعالجة وإفصاح البيانات
- إتمام وتوصيل الطلبات وإدارة العمليات اللوجستية والتواصل مع العميل بخصوص الشحنات.
- الامتثال للمتطلبات المحاسبية والتحصيل الضريبي وإصدار الفواتير الرسمية.
- تقديم خدمات الدعم الفني والضمان ومعالجة المرتجعات.
- عدم البيع أو التأجير: لا تقوم الشركة ببيع أو تأجير البيانات الشخصية للعملاء لأي أطراف ثالثة لأغراض تسويقية. تقتصر مشاركة البيانات على مقدمي الخدمات المعتمدين لأغراض تشغيلية محددة (شركات الشحن وتسليم الطلبات، وبوابة Paymob لمعالجة معاملات الدفع).
